All work and no play!

Been working my socks off! So haven't had time for a blog update!

Not much has been happening recently, just working, working and more working!
Day off tomorrow! Bonus! Going in to town for some much needed retail therapy (and some much needed fast food!)

Summer is almost upon us! So it's time to dig out those bikinis and grab yourself an ice-cream!
I have to admit i'm going to miss my tights, uggs and cute cardigans. But can't wait for the hot summer days and long summer nights :)

Also July is when I get to see my lovely big sis for the first time in NINE months! I really miss her, and can't wait to catch up and get absolutely pissed!

Hope everyone had a good easter! I was working but did get to indulge in an egg or two afterwards!
The best thing about easter? When it's over and the eggs go half-price! Kit kat anyone? ;)

I've been shopping again this week (no surprise there..)

Cannot wait for my day off to sit back, relax in my pjs, and have a dvd sesh :)

Went to primark on Friday; Bought two sets of pjs and some leggings :)

I've so been craving fast food! I really need a double cheeseburger, large fries and a diet coke :)
mmmmmmm.....

Being with my sister, going shopping, having lunch and partying! We always have a brilliant time together.

Going on holiday with Lee, swimming, shopping, eating, drinking and having the best time.

Being with my mum anytime, anyday :)

Spending time with my dad just in general :)

Seeing my beautiful nephew Jay, playing with him and taking him to the arcade.

I wish i could change.. The past.

Things I've said, things i've done, things that happened and things that i wish never happened.
People always say ' you can learn from your mistakes' but when can you really ever learn from your mistakes? If try something stupid and realise it was stupid then you've learnt from your mistake. But what about things that you've done which were the right thing to do but it still was a mistake?
How do you learn from them? The past would be great to change to stop yourself from having that haircut or wearing those trousers. But maybe the past is best left where it is because without your past, you wouldn't be the person you are today.

I wish i was better at standing up for myself.

I'm pretty shy and I let people walk all over me and treat me badly. But I never say anything.
People are always telling me to just stand my ground but I find it really hard.

I wish i could but i can't stand confrontation, I'd rather just keep quiet and carry on.

Like most women I'd have to say body image. I have insecurities like many women, and some days I feel great about myself and others I feel like absolute crap! I just try to focus on the positives!

Working.
Having a job has really made me value money and how much of a hard days work is involved to earn money. I work really hard and to the best of my ability and by the end of the week I know I've earnt my wages.
I'm so glad I'm independent and want to work to pay for the things I want or need.

Marge Simpson! She puts up with so much crap. Shes a long-suffering wife who puts up with the antics of her children and her oafish husband, runs a house and cooks and cleans for a family of five. Love her! Shes an inspiration!

the best telly shows on telly! part uno!

I've spent hours (slight exaggeration) putting together a list of my favourite tv shows!

And here it is...  (in no particular order)

1. Eastenders (Gotta love it, with so many 'Rickkkkkaaay's' and 'Get outta my pub's' to shake a stick at, how could you ever get bored!)

2. Desperate Housewives (Seven seasons and still going strong, secrets, mysteries and drama, love it! plus Mikes cute!)

3. CSI: Crime Scene Investigaton (It's now on it's eleventh season, Grissom is brilliant! Love all the plots, twists and turns and brilliant murders)

4. Shameless (I can sum it up in one word.. Frank Gallagher (okay that was two words..) Hilariously funny, and so well written. If you haven't already seen it, watch it!)

5. Sex and the City (Sex, love, laughs, tears and Mr Big! It's fabulous! (as Carrie would say)

6. The Simpsons (The funny yellow family have had me howling with laughter for years! Jump on the Simpson bandwagon!)

7. Medium (As the title states, it's about a medium called Allison DuBois, it's brilliant underated show! Give it a watch!)

8. Prison Break (I'll admit I was a bit dubious about watching this, but my boyfriend wore me down, and i'm so glad because it's brilliant! Hot prison bodies (i mean blokes) Action, drama and a fantastic story about a man trying to help his brother (who is very fit by the way)

9. Take Me Out (Throw the very funny (and cute) Paddy Mcguinness, thirty single ladies and some very hot (some very awful) men and you've got the best dating show since Blind Date!)

10. Celebrity Juice (Keith Lemon is brilliant! From Fearne Cottons nostrils to Holly Willaboobys boobys, throw in some celeb trivia and you'll never get bored! Bang Tidy!  (as Keith Lemon would say!)

I've been so busy this past few weeks, works been tiring me right out! But payday means only one thing... shopping!
I've just bought myself a dress for only £2.99! (I got mine in coral)
From h&m in sizes 6-24 in colours blue and floral, powder beige and floral, dark blue and coral!

Holidays!  I love them!  Chilling out in the sun, swimming in the pool, eating delicious food. And just getting away from rainy England. Me and Lee have so much fun everytime we get away. It's lovely to spend some time with him away from work, everything and everyone!
I've been to so many places I've lost count, but my favourite place for it's year round sunshine, boozy bars and ahmazing food has to be Lanzarote!

Cruelty to women, children and animals! There are some evil people in the world who abuse children, harm women and treat animals terribly. They prey on them because there vunerable. Children and animals can't defend themselves. And no woman should ever be physically or mentally abused by anyone! I hate that this still goes on everyday all across the world.
