Food glorious food ... drool

Thorntons Tempting Toffee ice-cream is the absolute best! It's so delicious that I'd almost give up chocolate for a year (well... a week) just for another spoonful! and it's half price at tesco, so get on down there!

I love Walkers Sensations Chicken and Thyme. Everytime I eat one I end up eating the whole bag, greedy I know, Guilty? Never!

Well i'm off to drool some more, until next time bloggers.

Drop me a comment and let me know of any ah-mazing foods I must try!

another shopping splurge! I know I know ... but I couldn't resist

I had a bit of a book binge as you can see, but I love to read and justify it by telling myself it's educational! (that is, if education is about men, sex and love...)

The girls guide to everything by Melissa Kirsch - according to the blurb this book is about; health, beauty, work, men, fashion, money/finance, friends and basically everything! I figured i'm an eighteen year old girl going into the big wide world, have just got my first job and I need a little guidance in my life.

If this is paradise, I want my money back by Claudia Carroll - haven't yet read this but check out the reviews and description on amazon.co.uk it's also on sale for only a penny!

The woman he loved before by Dorothy Koomson - looks like a brilliant read! heres the link to read the blurb for yourself: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1847443567/ref=oss_product

V day

Well it's that time of year again... Valentines day!
I never get my boyfriend anything but a card, since he never wants anything!
- Well he shouldn't since it's just been Christmas and his birthday was January 31st. So i've bought everything he could possibly want!

I bought him a card from Moonpig! It's such a brilliant site, cards are only £3.49 including postage. And you can personalise it with names, photos, poems, funny quotes.. anything you like!

Our plan for the big v-day celebration is to sit at home with a few drinks and a takeaway, watch a movie and smooch a little bit!

What are your v-day plans? Single and having a girls/boys night in or out? Attached and having a romantic meal and maybe dessert?
Whichever it may be, i wanna know about it! Drop me a comment!

I have a confession ...

I am addicted to online shopping!
I shop online for everything! Sweets, clothes, cards, shoes, dvds, cds, jewellery. You name it I buy it! And it's all delivered to my door! Lazy I know but, the nearest town to me is thirty minutes away!

Recently i've bought:
A jumper
3 dresses
Retro sweets
4 dvds
3 books
A necklace

The best online shops in my opinion are: amazon (sells everything from dvds to groceries to clothes to tvs!) h&m, mycandyshop, asos, tesco.

Are you an online shopping addict like me?
Comment me and let me know. (which sites are the best, what you've bought, any brilliant deals you've got)

first blog.. eeep

Well hello fellow bloggers, this is my first ever blog!
I'm not sure how to begin .. i'll start by talking about my day and we'll see where it goes from there!
Well it was my day off today, so my plans were to do absolutely nothing and pig out all day.
I went for a full english and it was yummy, but afterwards I did feel like a beached whale!
But there is nothing better than a greasy, calorie laden fry up!
The rest of my day consisted of napping, watching telly and more eating - My take on a club sandwich. Heres the "recipe" (not exactly cooking lol)

Ingredients
Bread (3 slices, white/brown whichever your preference)
1 large tomato
Shredded lettuce (you can buy it already shredded, or you can chop your own)
Mayonnaise
Turkey/Chicken slices
Balsamic Vingear
Olive Oil (I use extra virgin)
Salt and Pepper

- Get three slices of bread
- Heat Grill
- Roughly chop the tomato
- Place in a bowl, add salt and pepper (to your taste)
- Mix it with your hands
- Put bread on grill to toast
- Pour out a measure of Olive Oil (I use an eggcup, about half way or to your taste)
- Add Olive Oil to tomato and mix with hands
- Pour out a measure of Balsamic Vingear and again mix with hands
- Put tomato mixture to one side for now
- Turn Bread over to toast other side
- Get your turkey/chicken ready
- When bread is toasted, on the first slice put 2 slices of turkey and add lettuce and mayo
- Second slice goes on top of turkey and lettuce, add 2 slices of turkey and tomato mixture
- Third slice, spread a little mayo on one side then place on top of turkey and tomato mixture
- Lastly cut sandwich and enjoy! *tip; keep your eye on the bread toasting. If you don't like tomato you can use cucumber or peppers.

I hope you'll try it for yourself at home! Feel free to drop me a comment and let me know if you tried it/what you thought.
Well until next time bloggers.
